The team biography questionnaire also collects information a team member chooses to provide for a public biography. Resend processes form submissions so they can be delivered by email to the people authorized to respond or review them. If you provide a mobile phone number and agree to receive text messages, we also keep a record of that consent, including when and on which page it was given.
Please do not submit Social Security numbers, payment card information, medical records, or other sensitive information through our forms.
Technical information
Our website host and security providers may process standard technical information such as an IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, timestamps, and security logs. Cloudflare Turnstile processes limited browser, device, and network information to protect the public contact form from automated abuse. Turnstile does not receive the information typed into the form.
The Site temporarily stores campaign attribution information in your browser's session storage so it can display the appropriate tracked phone number during that browser tab's session.
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site. It may collect information such as pages viewed, interactions, approximate location, and browser or device information. Google Analytics uses cookies or similar technologies to distinguish visitors and sessions, and Google may process an IP address while providing the service. We use this information to improve the Site and do not intentionally send contact-form contents to Google Analytics.
How We Use Information
We use information to:
- Respond to questions and service requests.
- Schedule, estimate, provide, and follow up on services.
- Send text messages about your service request when you have agreed to receive them (see our SMS / Text Messaging Terms & Conditions).
- Route team biography submissions for internal review.

- Dialpad, our business phone and text messaging platform, which sends and receives SMS messages solely on our behalf and may not use your phone number for any other purpose.

Some pages link to Wisetack for financing. Information entered on Wisetack's website is submitted directly to Wisetack and its lending partners under their own terms and privacy policies. Mold and Air Duct Pros does not collect financing application information through this Site.
Third-party embeds and linked websites may collect technical information or use cookies under their own policies. We encourage you to review a provider's privacy policy before submitting information to it.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Form Submission Acknowledgment
By submitting a form, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy. If you submit a service request, we may contact you about it using the contact information you provide. This does not enroll you in unrelated marketing messages. The Site uses browser session storage for campaign attribution and phone-number display. Session storage normally expires when the browser tab is closed. We keep inquiries and related business records for as long as reasonably needed to respond, provide services, maintain records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. Program description. If you provide your mobile phone number and agree to receive text messages from Mold and Air Duct Pros, we may send you SMS messages related to your service request, including scheduling and appointment confirmations, technician arrival windows, inspection and job status updates, and customer care follow-ups. Messages are sent by our office team.
How you opt in. You opt in by providing your mobile phone number to us (through our website form, by phone, or in person) and agreeing to receive text messages, for example by checking the optional SMS consent box on our website form. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. By opting in, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and are the owner or authorized user of the mobile number you provide.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your service request. Most customers receive a few messages per job.
Message and data rates may apply. Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply to messages we send you and messages you send to us. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your text or data plan.
