What Our Mold Remediation Guarantee Covers

1-Year Treated Area Guarantee

We guarantee that if moisture levels are maintained at a normal level, no new mold contamination will occur in the treated areas for a period of one year - or we will re-treat those areas at no charge.

Post Remediation Evaluation Promise

We also guarantee to pass PRE inspection following our service. If the first treatment and testing do not yield successful results, we will retreat the area up to two more times.

Refund If Covered Results Are Not Achieved

If after re-treatment and/or air scrubbing we cannot bring the inside levels of live mold down to, below, or equal to baseline outdoor levels, we will refund 100% of the remediation cost for the area we treated.

If a Covered Treated Area Does Not Pass, We Make It Right

Our written guarantee is simple: if a covered treated area does not respond as expected, we continue working through the process to correct it.

Step 1

We Re-Evaluate the Area

If the initial treatment and testing do not yield successful results, we review the treated area and determine what additional remediation steps are needed.

Step 2

We Re-Treat at No Charge

If the issue falls within the covered treated area and moisture levels have been maintained at a normal level, we will re-treat the area at no additional charge.

Step 3

Up to Two Additional Retreatments

In the rare event the first treatment and testing still do not produce a successful outcome, we will retreat the area up to two more times.

Step 4

100% Refund Protection

If after qualifying re-treatment and/or air scrubbing we still cannot bring live mold levels inside the treated area down to, below, or equal to baseline outdoor levels, we refund 100% of the remediation cost for that treated area.
